Exploring downtown Minneapolis.

Matt and I decided to explore downtown Minneapolis one day in August, knowing that I had only a few more weeks in the Twin Cities before moving to Madison. We parked downtown and then walked around before renting Nice Ride bikes for the afternoon to get us around more quickly.

The art around the city is quite impressive. I have always loved this mural of Bob Dylan, a native of Duluth, Minnesota.

We stopped at Red Cow for lunch...

I ordered the turkey burger and truffle fries, which were divine!

We then headed to One on One bike shop for a coffee and to browse around the store...

Definitely one of the best skylines...

After walking around for a couple hours, we became thirsty and a little hungry. Rather than continuing to walk, we hopped on a couple Nice Ride bikes to get us to Surly Brewing Company.

Yummm....

It was an incredible day spent together!

Cheers!
