I met up with my friend Rachel...who improved her time by 6 minutes from the same race last year...whoa! The conditions were perfect for running...high 50s, light breeze and a blue sky...
After the race, I met up with Matt for dinner and then we picked up Rio and went for a walk around Taku Lake.
To say Rio enjoyed the walk would be a slight understatement...
